Safety

The nursery complies with the local child protection procedure. The nursery ensures that all adults working and looking after children are able to put the procedure into practice in accordance with “Safeguarding Children, working together under the children Act 2004″. The nursery has a duty to report any suspicions around abuse to the local authority that have an obligation to investigate such matters. All senior staff are trained in safeguarding.

Security and safety of the children are high on our list of priorities. The nursery has a video CCTV intercom system at the front of the building. Parents are only able to gain access through the front door therefore making it a secure environment.
